1、結構組成
連(lian)續油(you)管導(dao)管器(qi),由(you)底(di)座總(zong)(zong)(zong)成、支架總(zong)(zong)(zong)成、承載(zai)滾(gun)筒(tong)運(yun)動(dong)的(de)2組(zu)中心(xin)軸(zhou)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成、液壓(ya)馬達傳動(dong)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成、更換連(lian)續油(you)管滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)水平(ping)移動(dong)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成、排管器(qi)絲杠總(zong)(zong)(zong)成、連(lian)續油(you)管導(dao)向定(ding)位總(zong)(zong)(zong)成、調整(zheng)絲杠傾斜角總(zong)(zong)(zong)成等部件組(zu)成。
2、工(gong)作原理
液壓馬達旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)、帶動(dong)傳動(dong)機構使(shi)中心(xin)軸(zhou)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)、中心(xin)軸(zhou)帶動(dong)滾筒旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan),完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)放管和收管的功能;排管器(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)迫使(shi)連續油(you)管在滾筒上有序排列;導向(xiang)定(ding)位總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)協助油(you)管有序排列;絲(si)杠斜角總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)配合完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)絲(si)杠有序排列;在更換油(you)管時,水平移(yi)動(dong)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)背(bei)向(xiang)移(yi)動(dong)、2組中心(xin)中總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)從滾筒上脫出(chu),即(ji)可取出(chu)滾筒。
3、用(yong)途
連續油管(guan)導管(guan)器、配合注入頭完成(cheng)油田修井過程中連續油管(guan)是提升和下放。 |
