2、工作原(yuan)理(li)
液壓馬達旋(xuan)(xuan)轉、帶動(dong)(dong)傳動(dong)(dong)機構使(shi)中(zhong)心(xin)軸(zhou)總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)旋(xuan)(xuan)轉、中(zhong)心(xin)軸(zhou)帶動(dong)(dong)滾(gun)(gun)筒旋(xuan)(xuan)轉,完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)放管和收管的功能;排(pai)管器總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)迫使(shi)連續(xu)油管在滾(gun)(gun)筒上有(you)序排(pai)列(lie);導向(xiang)定位(wei)總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)協助油管有(you)序排(pai)列(lie);絲杠(gang)(gang)斜角總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)配(pei)合完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)絲杠(gang)(gang)有(you)序排(pai)列(lie);在更換油管時,水平移動(dong)(dong)總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)背向(xiang)移動(dong)(dong)、2組(zu)中(zhong)心(xin)中(zhong)總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)從滾(gun)(gun)筒上脫出,即可取出滾(gun)(gun)筒。

連續(xu)油管(guan)導管(guan)器(qi)、配(pei)合注入頭完成油田修井過程中連續(xu)油管(guan)是提(ti)升(sheng)和(he)下放。 |
